USL of New Zealand had already invested two years in a competing product before coming to GearsERP. As a result any investment in a new product simply could not fail and we were delighted that they placed their faith and trust in us.

Having originally had to settle for one e-commerce site USL used the opportunity with the Gears MarketPlace Ultimate NAV solution to go back to their orginally brief.
GearsERP provided three sites encompassed within the one content management solution that although posessing many similarities also offered great flexiblity:
Sites were created as B2C and B2B and contained different rules for product tree views, product display and checkout process. Utilising the power of the CMS and CSS GearsERP were able to ensure that pages that were common to all sites were only impacted by design whilst still retaining the ability to provide site specific pages that varied in functionality.
Within the standard functionality USL customers hav been particularly happy with the QuickBuy functionality and extended search.
In addition to the standard out-of-the-box functionality GearsERP also exposed functionality such as minimum handling and freight fees as well as preferred warehouse handing and backordered management.
